Forged Wheels
Every Forgiato wheel starts as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. Under 10,000+ tons of hydraulic pressure, that billet is forged into a wheel blank with a molecular structure that's denser, stronger, and lighter than any cast alternative. Then our machinists take over.
How Forgiato Forged Wheels Are Made
Our forging process begins with raw aluminum billets cut to weight for the target wheel diameter. Multi-stage compression forging aligns the grain structure for maximum strength. After T6 heat treatment, 5-axis CNC machines carve each wheel to sub-millimeter precision — every spoke, every contour, every mounting surface.
What separates Forgiato from other forged wheel brands is the finish work. Every wheel is hand-polished, hand-painted, and hand-assembled by our team in Sun Valley, Los Angeles. We offer over 50 finish options — from mirror chrome to matte black, brushed aluminum to 24-karat gold plating. And because every wheel is built to order, you get custom offsets, custom bolt patterns, and custom barrel depths for a perfect fit.
