Forgiato Ambassadors Program — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Forgiato Ambassadors Program ("Program") operated by Forgiato Wheels ("Forgiato," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 11915 Wicks St, Sun Valley, CA 91352. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have a valid PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle account
- Not be a Forgiato employee, contractor, or authorized dealer
Forgiato reserves the right to decline any application at any time.
2. How the Program Works
Upon acceptance, you'll receive a unique referral code and link. When a customer uses your code, they get 5% off their quote. Referral credit is tracked via a 30-day cookie or manual code entry. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in termination.
3. Commission Tiers

4. Commissions & Payouts
Commission is earned only when a referred order ships. Cancelled, returned, or charged-back orders do not earn commission. Payouts are processed monthly via your chosen method (Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal). Minimum payout threshold: $200.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Forgiato may issue a 1099-NEC for earnings of $600+ per year.
5. Ambassador Obligations
- Promote Forgiato honestly — no false or exaggerated claims
- Disclose your ambassador relationship per FTC guidelines
- No paid advertising using Forgiato trademarks without written approval
- No spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- No posting referral codes on coupon/deal sites without approval
- Conduct yourself in a way that reflects positively on the brand
6. Intellectual Property
You receive a limited, revocable license to use Forgiato's name and logos for Program promotion only. You may not alter logos, create derivative works, or imply a formal partnership beyond your ambassador role. This license ends immediately upon termination.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Forgiato may terminate immediately for fraud, self-referrals, policy violations, or conduct harmful to the brand. Upon termination, your code is deactivated. Earned commissions on shipped orders will be paid in the next cycle; pending orders are forfeited.
8. Modifications
Forgiato may modify commission rates, tiers, or program terms at any time. For material changes to commission rates, we'll provide 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is." Forgiato's total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding any claim. You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of Forgiato.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
